Join us for this year's second Culinary Masters event featuring very special Petrossian Caviar and Perrier-Jouet champagne.
On Monday, March 11th, The Strand House is proud to open its kitchen to Chef Alain Giraud of Maison Giraud, as well as former dining destinations Anisette and Bastide, for an evening celebrating caviar and champagne. Collaborating with Executive Chef Greg Hozinsky and Chef Neal Fraser of The Strand House, celebrated Chef Giraud will present a 5 course wine-paired menu which features a first course of four specialty caviars from Petrossian Paris with champagne pairings by Perrier Jouet. Rounding out the enhanced Culinary Masters dinner will be a specialty cheese course by The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills.
Representatives Christopher Klapp of Petrossian Paris, Ariane Bouron of Perrier Jouet-who is flying in from France for the event, and owner Norbert Wabnig of The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills will be on hand to guide patrons through the experience of their delicacies.
